Watch Out For Modern Kumbh Karan On Pogo!

September 24, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Pogo channel has always made you laugh aloud with your kids and now the channel is going to revive one of the most popular mythological characters ‘Kumbh Karan’ but with a modern touch.

The Turner’s Kids’ Entertainment Network will take you on another hilarious new adventure series with the desi toon of ‘Kumbh Karan’. The modern version will depict two twin brothers called Kumbh and Karan. The identical twin brothers have just the similar eyes and big ears and in nature both of them are totally opposite of each other. The name of Kumbh is inspired from the giant demon of the Ramayan and Karan is named after the great warrior of ‘Mahabharata’.

Like the demon in the epic, Kumbh also loves to eat and sleep while Karan is the smart and active one. The two twin brothers live in a fictional town named ‘Ajab Gajabpur’. Both the brothers are darlings of the village and they are loved by all.

The exciting episodes of various escapades of ‘Kumbh Karan’ can be watched from Monday to Thursday at 6 pm.

The original production team of Turner has created the concept of this hilarious show ‘Kumbh Karan’. Mumbai-based ‘Cornershop’ will be producing the animation of this show on Pogo.
