August 27, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Do you have faith in Aghoris and has anyone faced them in reality? Or have any of your dead relatives visited you after they died? These two astonishing real stories would be shown this weekend on the ‘MANO YA NA MANO 2’ on Star One. The show is in its second season and produced by Siddharth Kak. Viewers can watch it on both the days, Saturday as well as Sunday at 10.30 in the night.

The first story to be shown this weekend on Star One’s ‘MANO YA NA MANO2’ spins around the unexplained world of Aghori or the Aghora. It’s a clandestine Hindu sect that is primarily damned as non – Hindus much thanks to their cannibalistic rituals.

The people from the Aghora community, command tremendous respect from the rural populations as they are supposed to have several powers to cure and relieve a person from pain. They are said to have acquired these powers due to their severe practices.

In the second tale, Siddhartha Kak would tell you about Jayshree Mande. She is a person who stays in Nigdi a place close to Pune, Maharashtra. It is said that Jayshree’s mother – in - law visited her and even had tea with her; nothing shocking so far? It was the same time when her mother – in - law was lying lifeless in a comatose state in a hospital and had succumbed after a while. Jayshree believes that it was her soul that had visited her.
