Love story by Prakash Jha for Star One

August 22, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Previously, two new shows on Star One, Mera Pehla Pehla Pyar and Sanjay Surkar’s yet to be named show, that is loosely based on Priyanka Gandhi’s life was announced. But, the latest news is that maverick filmmaker and director from Bollywood, Prakash Jha is going to work on another new show as well.
Jha however is not new to the world of television. This powerful director has his very own Bhojpuri production company which had produced a few serials previously. One of his most accepted television shows was Mungerilal Ke Haseen Sapne that starred the experienced actor, Raghuvir Yadav.
According to a source, Prakash Jha is soon going to come up with a TV show and if the source is to be believed, then the show would revolve around a love story, a love story that’s based in Mumbai. The show’s name is not yet decided. An attempt was made to contact Jha but he remained occupied for any comment.
The show being a ‘Prakash Jha’ brand, should appeal to the audiences who watch Star Plus. The regular viewers of the channel should enjoy the serial. We wish the cast and crew of this show, all the best!
