NARA, (GaeaTimes.com)- He has brought smile in the face of several children around the world. But now he is no more. Takeshi Shudo, the writer of Pokemon, left for the heavenly abode on the morning of October 29. He was at the Nara Station when all of a sudden he collapsed and fainted near the smoking zone of that station. However, a passerby soon found him and rushed him to the Nara Hospital for an emergency surgery. The Nara Hospital emergency care center soon found out that Takeshi Shudo was suffering from subarachnoid hemorrhage in his head.
The incidence happened at around 6:00 AM on October 28, and Takeshi Shudo died the next morning, while he was still under treatment and was still recovering. The doctors could not do much about his sudden collapse and subarachnoid hemorrhage. Takeshi Shudo was one of a kind person whose creativity and ideas gave a new shape to the animation industry of Japan. At one point, the Japanese animation industry had even overshadowed the ever-popular American animation industry and gave a tough competition to it. Pokemon became the new craze amongst the children not only in Asia, but also in the Western countries.
Takeshi Shudo has worked with several renowned Japanese companies as a writer. One of them was the very famous Studio Ghibli. But he was soon recruited by The Pokmon Company, to work in the position of a chief writer. Takeshi Shudo was the main writer for Pokmon anime in Kanto, Orange Islands, and Johto arcs. He has also been acclaimed for creating the “unusual intelligence” of his two famous cartoon characters, Goshogun and Minky Momo. Takeshi Shudo was born in August 18, 1949, and has studied in Tokyo University.
