“Eastbound & Down” Season 2 Premiere Attracts Viewers

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- “Eastbound & Down” season 2 premiered on HBO last night as the audience watched their most entertaining moments in their favorite comedy series. Danny McBride shined in his role as Kenny Powers and the creator, director and writer of the show, Jody Hill said in his statement that the Kenny Powers will be seen in Mexico this season and he will be with a whole new group of people. The director of the series also said that the season 2 of “Eastbound & Down” will not have all the characters of the season 1 as the show officials have “wiped the slate clean” and started the season 2 premiere with a new set-up.
“Eastbound & Down” season 2 premiere was subtitled as “Chapter 7.” The season premiere saw Kenny Powers in Mexico and he is seen drawing attention of the baseball manager. However, when asked, Danny McBride told in his statement that the season 2 will see much darker side of Kenny Powers than season 1. Efren Ramirez, one of the new actors of the “Eastbound & Down” season 2 said that he would play the role of Kenny Powers’ neighbor. The director of the series said that Kenny Powers will be seen in Mexico because the show officials figured out that Mexico would be the perfect place for Kenny Powers and the audience will see him in the new avatar of a “cowboy”.
“Eastbound & Down” season 2 premiere was liked by the audience. It is the growing popularity of the series which has made the HBO officials to call for brand new episodes of the comedy series. The audience is now waiting to see the next episode of “Eastbound & Down” where they will be able to see the new escapades of their favorite character.
