LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com) — The MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) officially closed its curtains on Monday night but still the controversy surrounding Lady Gaga is buzzing around. The beef clad queen Lady Gaga had sparked controversies among the celebrities and people from the animal rights group because of her amazing yet astonishing attire.
The 24 year old pop sensation appeared on VMA wearing a dress made out of beef that raised the eyebrows of people. Not only her outfit, but her hat, purse and shoes were made of animal flesh and the dress revealed her sexy buttocks.
Celebrities come along with so many things to come to the limelight. But this time Lady Gaga seems to make a fashion disaster. Or she wanted to project that fashion industry have nothing new to offer so she has come up with this new idea. But attire made from animal flesh, that you can cook afterwards, sound really bizzare. Isn’t it?
VMA event proved lucky for Lady Gaga. Not only she became the hot object to watch in the show but she also bagged eight awards. Her dress cost $15. Can you imagine? I want to see the butcher or the designer of this dress. When asked her about her controversial mind-boggling outfit she replied proudly that
If we don’t stand up for what we believe in and fight for our rights pretty soon, we’re going to have as much rights as the meat on our bones. And I am not a piece of meat.
Her surprising ensemble symbolized her fight against the US military’s ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’ policy, which stop guys admitting their sexuality.
