Katy Perry on The Simpsons

September 29, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): The pop star as we all know, had recently appeared on the kid’s TV show ‘Sesame Street’ and it was axed, as she was deemed to be too sexy for a kids show like that one. She would now be seen on The Simpsons in a particular live action section.
The Simpsons has been one of the longest running and one of the wittiest, satire filled US animated series in the world and has won numerous awards. With time to time, several celebrities have made guest appearances on the show. The Simpson character like Homer, Bart Marge and Lisa ‘ are to be seen in their puppet varieties in a certain segment of the episode. This special episode with the puppet Simpsons and the gorgeous Katy Perry, would be broadcasted on the 5th of December in the United States.
Katy will play the girlfriend of the rude yet lovable bartender Moe, She would also lead ‘The Simpsons’ in a version of ‘39 Days of Christmas’, which would be a supposed spoof of the Christmas classic ‘The 12 Days of Christmas’.
Katy would be joined in the episode by TV host Martha Stewart; Martha would also appear in a cartoon version.
Executive producer Al Jean said that the Simpsons characters would stand hand in hand with Katy, after the horrible betrayal by Elmo.
