LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- Reba McEntire is up for the Country Music Associations award again. The famous Country music singer, who had in her long career been nominated around 49 times for the CMA awards, has once again grabbed the nomination for the “Female Vocalist of the Year” award. She would be competing with other stalwarts like Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride, Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood. Reba McEntire had in past won the best female vocalist award four times and this time her fans are hopeful that she would be able to make it for yet another time.
That Reba McEntire has been able to grab the nomination for the prestigious Country Music Association Award this time was announced on Wednesday by the association that is organizing the upcoming 44th Annual Country Music Association awards which is better known as CMA Awards. The veteran has started this year on a great note and is expected to release a new album titled “All The women I Am” this fall. Media sources claim that Reba McEntire’s “All The women I Am” will be hitting the music racks on November 9th and one of her singles from her new album has already been launched on the web. The song titled “Turn on the Radio” has already started receiving some good reviews from her fans.
However, while Reba McEntire has won only one nomination this year at the Country Music Association award, it is Country music singer Miranda Lambert who has awed all by gaining nine nominations at the CMA Awards. The CMA Awards 2010 will be held in Nashville on Nov 10 and will be aired live on NBC.
