Supermodel HEIDI KLUM has legally changed her name to reflect her marriage to soul singer SEAL. The German stunner’s application to be formally known as HEIDI SAMUEL was approved by a Los Angeles judge on Friday (20Nov09), a month after filing the court request, reports TMZ.com.
