Jimmy Fallon And Justin Timberlake Raps Together

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- Justin Timberlake’s guest appearance on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon”, aired on NBC, was a double treat to all music lovers. Not because the singer entertained the audience with some of the most popular rap numbers, but also because, the host of the show Jimmy Fallon, joined him for a groovy medley. Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake, complemented each other for a three minute long hip hop history medley in the show.

The performance started with Sugarhill Gang’s classic “Rapper’s Delight”, to be followed by a huge round of applause and heavy cheer from the audience. The medley also included other hit numbers by Beastie Boys, Missy Elliot, Run-DMC, Notorious B.I.G., A Tribe Called Quest, Kanye West, and Eminem back to back. THe duo, added more delight to the audience, when they went to them and sang the current hit number, “Empire State of Mind” by Jay Z and Alicia Keys. Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake was supported by the former’s personal house band, “The Roots”, which is also a very popular band and winner of Grammy award.

Jimmy Fallon, who feels that he is not as good as Justin Timberlake in this job, had to undergo a lot of practice at home, in order to complement Justin Timberlake properly. He said, that he needed a lot of practice in order look good with Justin Timberlake. However, his music and dance practice till 2 a.m in the late night, might have amused his wife but it also yielded a very good outcome. His performances on the songs by Missy Elliott, Tupac, Kanye West and Snoop Dogg, were equally appreciated by the audience. Justin Timberlake appeared in this show to promote his movie “The Social Network” which will release today, on Oct 1.
