Piers Morgan Takes Over Larry King On December 16

NEW YORK (GaeaTimes.com) — After being the face of CNN for a long long quarter-century span Larry King will finally step down this year.

King had been pretty disturbed with his personal life and flagging ratings. He will make way for Piers Morgan in the days to come. Morgan and King together announced the news on Wednesday at CNN.

Piers Morgan was pretty much happy and worried at the same time and when asked replied with in a firm tone,

I’m aware of the history, I’m aware of the legacy.

Being a journalist he well knows what power each word holds so he had been pretty much organized in his speech, later he said,

I’m not going to replace Larry King - no one’s going to replace. Larry King.

Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan was born on 30 March 1965 and is a native of Guildford, Surrey, England. He is known professionally as Piers Morgan. He is a British former editor of the tabloid newspapers the News of the World (19941995) and the Daily Mirror (19952004). Morgan is best known as the former editor of The Mirror newspaper and as a judge on Britain’s Got Talent. U.S. limelight was focused upon Morgan as he became judge at the famed TV show America’s Got Talent. This year has been of quite an importance to Morgan as things are turning up for him. He also married to his long time love Celia Walden this June.
