MALIBU (GaeaTimes.com)- “True Blood” stars Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer tied the knot at a private residence in Malibu. The couple exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony among family and close friends on Saturday, August 21. The couple began dating few months after filming “True Blood” which premiered on HBO on September 7, 2008 and they announced their engagement in August 2009.

The representatives of Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer confirmed the news to the media. The photographs of the marriage leaked online shows that the vow swap took place in a tent near the beach and media reports that after the marriage the couple and the guests returned to a nearby property for the reception. A source close to the couple told that it was a beautiful evening to get married and the sunset was “gorgeous”. The source also added that Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer seemed very excited to celebrate their D-Day. The wedding pictures revealed online shows that the bride looked ravishing in a halter neck gown and a sizzling neck-piece with her hair in an up-do. The groom looked handsome in his dark suit.

Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer’s wedding was graced by “True Blood” creator Alan Ball, co-stars Ryan Kwanten, Sam Trammell, Rutina Wesley and Carrie Preston as well as actor Elijah Wood. Stephen Moyer in one of his previous interviews said that trust was the key to their relationship. Bill Compton of “True Blood” added in his interview that they trust each other so “implicitly” that there can never be a chance of misunderstanding. Anna Paquin in her interview in the latest issue of Rolling Stone Magazine said that she feels “lucky” and her life is pretty “great” with Stephen Moyer.
