True Blood Season 3 Episode 5 Airs On Sunday

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- Season 3 of HBO’s ‘True Blood‘ started off slowly and some viewers felt that the show became too complex and slow. Episode 5, changed the entire course of the series with ample action, sensuality and mystery. The episode was written by Nancy Oliver and directed by Scott Winant.

The episode 5 of ‘True Blood‘ was a crucial one in the series because it saw the reunion of Sookie and Bill. The audience were expecting that the two will meet later in the season but their early reunion guarantees the fans a lot more sensuality and romance throughout. Sookie is also seen in a far more powerful avatar as she is able to protect herself as well. Sookie and Alcide take advice from the ‘packmaster’. Eric is seen to have uncovered a painful secret of his past as he finds out that his father was a Viking King who was killed by werewolves. His feeling of vengeance is further aggravated as he sees his father’s crown among Russel’s collection. In spite of fingers pointing towards Russel, the thing could be a set up by his enemy. Tara, who is now officially kidnapped by Frank suffers at the hands of the psychotic vampire who keeps her tied and proposes to marry. The character’s obsessive side has been appreciated by the viewers.

‘True Blood’ is based on the book by Charlaine Harris called ‘The Southern Vampire Mysteries’. It is produced and created by Alan Ball. Episode 5 of Season 3 is called ‘Trouble’ and has attracted a healthy viewership and critical acclaim for the HBO network. It was aired at 9pm on Sunday, July 18.
