The Los Angeles county coroner’s office said that the 38 year old actor had traces of over-the-counter prescription drugs and marijuana in his system when he died, but added that it wasn’t a factor in his death. The coroner attributed the cause of death to be complications due to pneumonia.
Corey, collapsed in front of his mother at her L.A. apartment on March 10, and had been suffering from flu-like symptoms in the days before his death.
