Charlize turns Mad Max girl

After swash buckling action in ‘Aeon Flux’, looks like Charlize Theron is at it again.
A leather-clad Charlize may soon be seen in action in the fourth instalment of ‘Mad Max’ as the buzz is that director George Miller has roped her in to play the female lead.
Reportedly Miller will not team up with Mel Gibson, who was an integral part of all the three versions of the film, for ‘Mad Max 4’.
When Miller had announced that he would begin work on the sequel back in 2007, he has said that Gibson was too old for the anti hero role of "Mad" Max Rockatansky and had said: "I don’t think he would be interested in being involved at all."
Apparently the director is looking at not very famous Tom Hardy, whose credits include ‘Black Hawk Down’ and ‘Band of Brothers’, to play male lead opposite the South African actress
The possessive director is being very secretive about the roles and plot. Actors auditioning for the film have only been given a letter for their character’s name. The studio has yet to sign off on Miller’s choices and no formal offers have been made.
So let’s wait and watch to see how everything shapes up.
