JD Majethia’s Burey Bhi Hum, Bhale Bhi Hum that is based on a well-to-do Gujarati family will soon show all the ladies observing fast. The young women of the popat family Krishna, Hetal and Sonia will be seen performing vrat of Jaya Parvati Jaagran. A common belief, which is universally known, is that Goddess Parvati in the past had done this vrat to have Lord Shiva as her husband. Since then, it’s become a tradition in the Hindu religion that all the young unmarried girls especially in Gujarati families observe this vrat in order to find a good match.

The five-day-long vrat involves an array of activities. Such as doing puja, consuming special food, girls putting henna in their hands, getting pampered by the men of the house and doing jaagran for the whole night. This is not all. During the Jaagran a major turning point will also unfold in the brewing mutual feeling between Jai and Krishna.

So  watch the drama unfold on Tuesday only on Star Plus. - SAMPURN
