LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com) — Wedding bells are ringing high for our dear old Karina Smirnoff. The “Dancing with the Stars” celebrity dancer has announced the news of her engagement on Saturday.

The dancing hotty has got engaged to the baseball superstar Brad Penny. Smirnoff showed off her new bling at Tao Las Vegas’s five-year anniversary party on Saturday night — a stunning 4.5 carat Asscher Cut diamond engagement ring. And here’s how Brad proposed to her, in karina’s own words-

He got down on one knee and he opened the box and I said, ‘Thank you’

For his proposal, Penny, the MLB pitcher, surprised his lady with a hand-written note in a fortune cookie telling her she was his soulmate. The cookie also packed a gorgeous Everlon diamond necklace. The two have been dating for about two years.
