Demi Lovato’s Rehab Visit Creates Buzz

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- It came as a shock to the aficionados of Demi Lovato when her representative announced that the singer has entered rehab to get treatment for her psychological and emotional issues. The singer had a break up with Joe Jonas early this year and the gossip sources are of the opinion that this could be one of the reasons for her emotional turmoil. The singer was supposed to take part on the international concert with Jonas Brothers in South Africa on the “Camp Rock” tour, however, she had to cancel her tour for her treatment.

Demi Lovato’s spokesperson told a reputed media source that she had to take personal responsibility for her actions so she is seeking “help”. The spokesperson said that she left her tour in order to seek medical treatment for the physical, emotional and psychological issues she has been dealing with for sometime. The spokesperson said that the “Camp Rock ” star regrets canceling her tour with the Jonas Brothers but she is looking forward to get back to the work in the near “future” after she comes out of her rehab.

Demi Lovato’s spokesperson said that the singer has a long history of battling with her emotional and physical issues. Her fans were shocked to her that the pop-star was bullied in her school, she had eating disorders and she has also “struggled with cutting”. However, it seems that her career and personal life has taken a toll on the 18-year-old actress for which she has to take medical help in a rehab. Demi Lovato was supposed to perform in Chile, Brazil and Argentina with the Jonas Brothers. The Disney star unexpectedly shut down her Twitter page early this week, however, her representative did not comment anything about it.
