‘Glee’ Season 2 Episode 2 Airs On FOX

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- The much anticipated second season of the musical drama sensation ‘Glee‘ is now finally in full throttle. With pop icon Britney Spears making an appearance in the second episode that was aired on Tuesday night, the audience can expect some bigger fireworks later in the season. Though the hype surrounding Britney Spears’ appearance in ‘Glee’ escalated during the off season, several critics felt that the pop princess’ appearance was like a fleeting glimpse. Though there were some fantastic performances, some felt that she should have been part of the drama more.

As for the regular characters in the show, a lot of new developments were seen in Episode 2 of ‘Glee‘ season 2. Artie is seen finally making the football team and Will’s crazy ex-wife shows up. Rachel shows he insecurity when Finn joins the team and then tries to tries to mislead Quinn to test him. Finally she is happy when she realizes that Finn is what she thinks him to be. Will on the other hand finally realizes that he loves Terri but things do not work out as well as he would have liked.

In Glee Season 2 Episode 2 all the characters are seen hallucinating at the dentist’s chair and each of them think of Britney Spears. Brittany, Santana, Rachel and Artie all star in their own fantasy Britney Spears videos and the pop princess herself also makes cameos in them Most of Britney Spears’ appearances are, however, in a dream like sequence. With as many as 19 Emmy nominations, ‘Glee’ has transformed into a pop culture phenomenon that has taken American TV by storm.
