Mariah Carey Falls On Stage

SINGAPORE (GaeaTimes.com)- SongstressMariah Carey had to endure a rather embarrassing moment on Saturday while she was performing at the Singapore Grand Prix when she tumbled on stage during the performance. The 40-year-old “Dreamlover” singer slipped on stage while she was performing her 1992 chart-topping track “Make it Happen” in front of the live audience. However, the singer soon recovered from the on stage fall and went on continue with her scintillating performance.
The much acclaimed singer lost her balance as she was belting out “Make it Happen” but was the male dancers performing along with her helped her get back once again. After being assisted by her co-performers, the “We Belong Together” singer jokingly said, “I meant to do that” and went on to deliver a stellar performance to the utter delight of her large number of fans who had gathered to catch a glimpse of their favorite diva. Even when Mariah Carey fell on stage, the crowd continued to cheer boisterously and remained completely unfazed by the incident.
Mariah Carey was performing at the Formula 1 event as part of the Singtel Singapore Grand Prix celebration when the on stage fall took place. The 40-year-old diva later took to Twitter where she thanked all her fans in Singapore while adding that although there were some ‘hectic moments’ during her performance, she attempted to ’swirl them into festive!’ which was something Mariah Carey was surely successful in doing. Meanwhile, the songstress has also been in the limelight with rumors claiming that she is expecting her first child with husband Nick Cannon although the pregnancy reports remain unconfirmed.
