LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com) — Rolling Stone, the popular magazine has upped the ante today. People remember rolling Stone issues by their capability to get famous celebrities in the buff. On previous occasions, they coaxed superstars like Lady Gaga, Janet Jackson and Christina Aguilera to take off their clothes. But, the latest issue of Rolling Stone outdid itself by getting the stars of the hit vampire based television series True Blood, including the ultra sexy Ana Paquin.

Though the news may seem to be tantalizing for some, the nature of the photos has stirred a hornet’s nest of controversy. In the pictorial, we see that the stars of the show are in a very erotic position. They are covered head to toe in blood. Even as the pictures are in tandem with the show’s fiber, love, lust and lots of blood, it can be disturbing as well.

The stars of True Blood, including Ana Paquin are no strangers to nudity and graphic lovemaking scenes. But, is the media going too far with the concept of ‘Pushing the Envelope’? In a recent article, we mentioned that the show was bordering on torture porn. We got a response suggesting that people always have the option to turn off their TV sets, if they are not comfortable with the content. But now that the magazine would be sold in street corners, can the argument hold true?
