A portrait of ALEC BALDWIN, which was commissioned by his brother STEVEN as a gift for the actor’s ex-wife KIM BASINGER, is for sale on internet auction site eBay.com. The 1991 picture was handed to the 30 ROCK star in the couple’s 2002 divorce and is now up for grabs with a starting bid of $200 (£133).
