fiji-bikini-shoot-5MELBOURNE - Former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins’ bikini label has landed in a trademark dispute.

The model’s ‘Cozi’ brand has raised objections from the founder of Caussie, a swimwear line for men sold via eBay.

According to The Australian, Kevin Stapley, the owner of Caussie, is protesting on the basis that the name of Hawkins’s label sounds too similar to that of his brand, reports News.com.au.

Stapley registered his Caussie brand four years ago while Hawkins’s company, Universal Strategies, applied to have Cozi by Jennifer Hawkins trademarked in last year.

The challenge is due to be heard before a tribunal early next year. (ANI)
