Miley Cyrus criticizes Kayne West’s unruly behaviour at MTV Awards

WASHINGTON - Miley Cyrus has lashed out at Kanye West for storming onto the stage during the recently held MTV Video Music Awards.

West had jumped onto the stage and snatched away the microphone from Taylor Swift, while the latter was making an acceptance speech for receiving the Best Female Video.

Although West has apologised to Swift making a telephone call, the Hannah Montana star is not convinced.

Cyrus said that West apologized not because he felt sorry for his behaviour, but because he wanted to save his face publicly.

Contactmusic quoted Cyrus as saying: “His apologies are just because he’s getting flak for it.”

The 16-year-old star added: “I’d tell him to get off the stage. It’s her moment. For those times that you are able to tell your speech, you do it. And it’s disrespectful as an artist and I know he even said his family would not be happy if someone did that to them.” (ANI)
