Lindsay Lohan Getting Better By the Day

Reportedly, Lindsay Lohan has been transferred to a sober house.

As it seems the much troubled actress has undoubtedly completed her first phase of treatment successfully at the Betty Ford rehabilitation centre and that’s the reason she is now staying at a property near the main facility, where she is getting on with her “residential day treatments”. Well, this facility would allow her activities supervised by officials and Lindsay can also carry on with her own grocery shopping.

If you don’t remember, the famed actress tested positive for cocaine during a random drug test in September and there after was ordered by a Los Angeles court to stay in rehab until January 3, 2011.

When questioned, Betty Ford representative stated of the sober house,

It’s a buddy system and no patient is allowed to go out by themselves.

Well, the fact remains that they won’t allow Lindsay’s family to be able to visit her there, that’s because the meetings are to take place in the main house that also on Sunday afternoons. The actresses mother Dina Lohan has claimed that daughter is doing well and good as long as the clinic is concerned and to add to it she believes Lindsay is finally on the road to recovery.

Dina also stated on Lindsay being a very different person and that she indeed used to take drugs,

She’s just a different person. She’s been in a couple facilities, but this one to me has really changed her. That was for Lindsay to admit. As a mother it wasn’t for me to come to tell the world about her problem. That was for her to do. I wasn’t in denial.. We take it one day at a time. Addiction is difficult. I don’t know. I don’t have a crystal ball. I pray hard … We can only be positive and look to the future to help other families.
