LOS ANGELES, (GaeaTimes.com)- We have all seen Vince Neil in his captivating performance as a front-man of heavy metal band Motley Crue. Now he is all set to shed his rock star image and step into his skating shoes for the upcoming reality series, “Skating With the Stars”. The first season of the show is all set to start from November 22, Monday, from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM ET on ABC.
Vince Neil will be competing with some of the toughest competitions like Rebecca Budig, Sean Young, Brandon Michael Smith, and Jonny Moseley. The format of the show is very similar to that of “Dancing With The Stars”, where each celebrity will be paired with a skating professional and compete with each other. However, since this is the first season, the number of competitors have just been limited to six. The show will feature different types of skating, including ice skating. The show will be produced by BBC Worldwide Productions, with Izzie Pick and Phil Edgar Jones, as the two executive producers and Alex Rudzinski, as the director. In a way, the entire production team of Dancing with the stars are coming together once again.
Though Vince Neil is all excited about the show, but is equally nervous. He initially thought that he would not be able to make it and was about to leave the first day of his rehearsal within an hour. But he said that within three days, he gained enough confidence, as he could make good jumps with his skating shoes. However, he also believes that he is not as graceful or limber as his other competitors. Nevertheless, as his confidence was boosted after his improvements, he now takes it more seriously and desperately wants to win the competition.
