Osbourne’s Svelte Figure Draws Gasps At Ny Fashion Week

KELLY OSBOURNE is relishing her new toned figure after receiving rave reviews during New York Fashion Week.

The singer and reality TV star has managed to maintain her slim physique after shedding the extra weight during her stint on U.S. TV show Dancing With The Stars last year (09).

Osbourne showed off her lithe figure during New York Fashion Week earlier this month (Sep10) and her makeover garnered her much praise and attention from fellow fashion fans.

The daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne, who recently split from fiance Luke Worrall, admits she loves her new look because it’s given her a new-found confidence.

She tells Britain’s Grazia magazine, “Whenever I check into a show, no one seems to recognise me. One organiser actually gasped when I gave her my name. At another show, everyone just stopped talking and turned to look at me.

“It’s a bit embarrassing but at the same time I’m really chuffed (happy). I’m not joking, this sort of thing has never happened to me before. I feel the most prettiest and confident I’ve ever felt in my whole life.

“Designers sending me their clothes has been quite a big deal because in the past no one has ever bothered. I’ve literally been jumping up in my hotel room and screaming with excitement every time a delivery comes.”

And Osbourne is pleased she can finally shake off her teenage image from her days on reality TV show The Osbournes: “I can’t believe it. I finally feel like I’ve grown up and I’m happy… It’s taken people a long time to realise that I’m not actually the teenage brat from The Osbournes any more. I’ve grown out of that, and it feels great.”
