LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- After the much anticipated premier of “Dancing With The Stars” season 11 on Monday night, where the audience enjoyed every bit of the star studded television show, on Tuesday, it was the turn for the first elimination. On Monday, the celebrity contestants kept their best foot forward to woo the audience and the judges in the ballroom. The highest scorer of the night was Jennifer Grey who impressed the judges with her brilliant performance and the lowest scorers were Michael Bolton, Margaret Cho, David Hasselhoff and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino. Following it, last night “Dancing With The Stars” results were announced and much to the shock of the judges and the audience, the “Baywatch” star David Hasselhoff was ousted from the show.
Host Tom Bergeron told the bottom three contestants that their votes have been “tallied” and the “identity” of the star who was going to be “eliminated” had even surprised their producers. The co-host of “Dancing With The Stars”, Brooke Burke even expressed her shock while announcing the results. However, at the end, David Hasselhoff became the first celebrity to be voted out of “Dancing With The Stars” Season 11.
After the elimination, David Hasselhoff said that it had been a “great” ride for him adding at the same time that he felt bad for his partner Kym Johnson as she worked hard for the show. The actor also said that he is proud to see his daughters in the show and that they got to see him come that “far”. After “Dancing With The Stars” results were announced, Kym Johnson said that she thinks David Hasselhoff’s daughters were more “upset” than the actor himself. She also expressed her disappointment over the early elimination.
