Alley ‘i Won’t Be Dancing’

Actress KIRSTIE ALLEY has responded to reports she’ll be among the contestants competing for U.S. TV’s big dancing prize this season, insisting she’s “too chicken” to sign up for DANCING WITH THE STARS.

The former Cheers star has been among the names suggested for the talent show, alongside politician’s daughter Bristol Palin, David Hasselhoff and Audrina Patridge - but she’s adamant she won’t be among the names mentioned when the cast is officially revealed on Monday (30Aug10).

In a Twitter.com post, she writes, “Just a rumor. Imagine that. NOT doing DWTS this season… Way too chicken!! Maybe next season if Im invited again!!!”

The 11th season of the hit show will premiere in America on 20 September (10).
