Men want girlfriends to cover up

LONDON - Men frown on their partners sunbathing topless, but are quite willing to see other women baring all on a beach, a poll has revealed.

As many as 56 percent of men would not allow their partner to go topless while on holiday, the survey found.

But 89 percent of men said they had no problem with other women stripping off, The Sun reported Sunday.

Of the 2,392 women surveyed, 68 percent said they were prepared to go topless on the beach.

The survey was carried out by travel agent sunshine.co.uk. “I think sunbathing topless is a taboo subject for many people, but a high number of women are evidently happy to do it.” co-founder Chris Brown said.
