Vivek Oberoi Doing Good Deeds!

June 2, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Vivek Oberoi has been controversie’s favourite child in the past few years. However, the actor has been trying to make amends for his mistakes from time to time. He has now been doing good deeds for quite some time which resulted in his making good friends in the industry too.
Recently, Vivek agreed to be a judge on his ‘golden hearted friend’ Sushmita Sen’s pageant ‘I Am She’. The actor had been requested by the former Miss Universe to be a part of the judging panel along with Koena Mitra.
He is currently now busy with the IIFA awards at Colombo. He expressed his opinion saying that the entire Bollywood industry should attend the ‘Bollywood Oscars while speaking to the local reporters in Sri Lanka.
The young actor also feels that the award function will help him to acquire funds for rebuilding and developing the northern parts of the island that were affected by the war. He has also revived the Project Hope in order to rebuild schools and community centres in these war affected areas too.
Vivek’s statements on a social networking site shows that he believes in bridging gaps and helping others in times of need. Vivek is surely the one man in this mean film industry whom you can count on!
