LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- Elisabeth Hasselbeck apologized to Erin Andrews for the hurtful words she made on Tuesday regarding the wardrobe of the Dancing with The Stars contestant. The View Cohost said that the skimpy outfit of the ESPN sportscaster ensured that she got stalked. Erin Andrews got stalked by a man who filmed her nude through a peephole in the hotel room. Elisabeth Hasselbeck sarcastically said that the stalker who got jailed for his crime would have done better if he waited for a few weeks. In that case he would have seen the body of the ESPN sportscaster without getting tangled in legal mess. It was a derogatory reference to the dress Erin Andrews wore in the episode of the hit ABC dance reality show.

The harsh remarks made by Elisabeth Hasselbeck made Erin Andrews express her anguish. Later Elisabeth Hasselbeck realized the mistake she had made and she was prompt to seek apology. She was almost on the verge of tears when she apologized on the ABC show on Wednesday. She admitted to the viewers that she should not have used such words to the dance show contestant.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck said that after leaving the show on Tuesday she felt quite bad about the words she used to Erin Andrews. When she talked her heart out to her daughter, the kid asked her to say sorry to Erin Andrews. She decided to seek apology both publicly and in private for her act. Erin Andrews did not resort to mudslinging after hearing what Elisabeth Hasselbeck said. She said that she was disappointed that the View Co-host brought out her painful stalking episode again.
