April 20, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Actress Jennifer Garner celebrated her thirty eight birthday recently. It was a low key afternoon party attended by close friends Reese Witherspoon and Tobey Maguire. Witherspoon was accompanied by her new boyfriend, Hollywood agent Jim Toth while Maguire came with wife Jennifer and their three year old daughter. Unlike wild Hollywood parties it was like a get together for close friends who also bought their kids.

The party was at her home which she shares with her husband, actor Ben Affleck. Guests also included Garner’s Juno costar Jason Bateman who brought her daughter as well, model Molly Sims and Jimmy Kimmel.

Jennifer gained recognition on television for her performance as CIA agent Sydney Bristow in the thriller drama series Alias, which aired on ABC for five seasons from 2001 to 2006. She also appeared in supporting as well as lead roles on the big screen in projects including Daredevil, 13 Going on 30 and Juno.

Garner married actor Ben Affleck in 2005 and the couple have two daughters Violet Anne Affleck and Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck
