LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- It seems remaining in the headlines has become a perpetual habit for ESPN sportcaster Erin Andrews. Initially it was the peephole video that went viral on the internet followed by the sentencing of the culprit, Micheal David Barrett with two and a half years in prison. Then it was the much anticipated participation of the 31 year old sports correspondent in the current season of the popular ABC dance reality show “Dancing with the Stars” where she managed to win the accolades of the judges as well as the viewers with her impressive dance moves. However, this time Erin Andrews has caused quite a buzz as reports have been claiming that the ESPN correspondent is getting death threats from a person whose identity is yet to be revealed.
Although Erin Andrews might have hoped that with the sentencing of Michael David Barrett, the harrowing experience that she had to go through last year has ultimately come to an end, reality seems quite different as she has to deal with death threats now. Her lawyer Marshall B. Grossman has stated that the death threats intimidating Erin Andrews first started emerging in September and since then a number of mails and phone calls have been directed to the stunning correspondent.
While revealing details of the nature of the threats, the attorney further divulged that initially the mails were sexually explicit but lately they turned quite violent. However, there is good news for all the fans of Erin Andrews who were fearing that the ESPN sportscaster might leave “Dancing with the Stars” amidst the death threats as it has been confirmed that the correspondent intends to carry on with the competition.
