Meet compulsive liar Jennifer Garner

Alias actress Jennifer Garner has revealed that she suffers from the habit of compulsive lying. She also said that she does not even express her actual feelings towards her loved ones.

The 37 year old who is the mother of two daughters, Violet, 3, and eight-month-old Seraphina, with husband Ben Affleck also admitted that she finds it very difficult to tell truth.

She said: "I would not even attempt to go one day without lying. What if someone asks you how are you and you have to stop and tell them how you are really feeling? You would never get through the day. No, I have to lie. I think we all do."

She also mentioned that she holds herself from disclosing the truth as she does not like hurting her dear ones.

She added: “I would lie to protect somebody’s feelings.”

So white lies actually stand her in good stead.
