Actress ALFRE WOODARD’s daughter, MAVIS SPENCER, has been selected as Miss Golden Globe for the Golden Globe Awards in January (10). The 18-year-old model and showjumper has a big 2010 planned - she has also been accepted to study at Columbia University. Previous Miss Golden Globes have included Demi Moore and Bruce Willis’ daughter Rumer Willis, Laura Dern and Melanie Griffith.
