George Clooney shuts car door on his own hand; crashes bones!

George Clooney has injured himself again. The actor had a case of broken bones about two years ago when he was riding his Harley Davidson with his then-girlfriend Sarah Lanson. The bike crashed into a car in New Jersey and they had to be treated. Well, he’s done it again.

According to sources, he was riding his Harley Davidson near Lake Lugano, at the border of Italy and Switzerland, along with his girlfriend, Elisabetta Canalis, when he suddenly fell off, breaking his hand. The 49-year-old actor was being treated earlier this month (Aug09) at the private Ars Medica clinic in Switzerland, a short distance from his holiday home in Lake Como, Italy.

However, the actor’s spokesperson gave a different version of events. He said that the actor had broken his hand, but not because he was riding his motorcycle in Switzerland. He was on his property in Italy and he shut the car door on his hand. Clooney has laughed off the incident calling it a ‘clumsy accident’.
