Metallica star rocker James Hetfield revisited a restaurant blamed for his bout of food poisoning in March (08) to salvage the restaurant’s reputation. Reports later alleged a takeaway from local restaurant Indiska Kallaren had made Hetfield ill due to which the band were forced to cancel a show in Stockholm, Sweden as Hetfield needed to be hospitalized. But the rocker wanted to prove gossips wrong and hence ordered exactly the same meal on Monday (04May09) when the band returned to the city for the rescheduled gig.

Owner Matab Ahmed tells Sweden’s Expressen newspaper, "Of course I was happy because I knew there was never anything wrong with our food. When (a crew member) picked the food up today, he said that James felt bad about people saying that it was our food that made him sick. He said that James promised to write a ‘big’ autograph that we can put (on the wall)."   - SAMPURN
