1917 - Ella Jane Fitzgerald (April 25, 1917 – June 15, 1996), also known as "Lady Ella" and the "First Lady of Song", is considered one of the most influential jazz vocalists of the 20th century.

1940 - Alfredo James "Al" Pacino (born April 25, 1940) is an American film and stage actor and director, widely considered to be one of the most notable and influential actors of his time. He is best known for his roles as Michael Corleone in The Godfather trilogy, Sonny Wortzik in Dog Day Afternoon, Tony Montana in Scarface, Carlito Brigante in the 1993 film Carlito’s Way. He won the Academy Award for Best Actor in 1992 for his role in Scent of a Woman after being nominated seven times for various roles.

1961 – Karan Razdan Born 25th April, is Writer, Director, Actor in Bollywood. He is famed for directing movies with controversial theams like Girlfriend (2004/I), Hawas (2004), etc.

1968 - The Beatles refused to perform for the Queen of England at a British Olympic Appeal Fund show because "Our decision would be the same no matter what the cause. We don’t do benefits."

1969 – Renée Kathleen Zellweger (born April 25, 1969) is an Academy Award-, BAFTA-, SAG Award-, and Golden Globe-winning American actress and producer, who has established herself as one of the highest-paid Hollywood actresses in recent years.

1971 - Anjali Jathar (Born 25th April) debuted with ‘Madhosh’ (1994) along with Aamir Khan’s brother, and a newcomer himself, Faisal Khan. Some of the movies she was seen in were ‘Aazmayish’ with Rohit Kumar, ‘Trimurti’ (1995) with Shahrukh Khan, ‘Bhisma’ (1996) with Mithun Chakraborty, ‘Shastra’, ‘Vishwatgath’ and ‘Dhaal’ with Sunil Shetty and ‘Khote Sikke’ with Atul Agnihotri.

1985 - Sai Deodhar Born on 25th April, Sai is an actress in Indian Television. She has virtually grown up in the film industry and has been facing the camera since she was three. At the age of three she has done movies like Prahaar, Chudiyaan and Daayra. 

1999 - Roger Troutman died at the age of 47. He had been shot several times. His brother, Larry, was found near the crime scene with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

2002 - In Honduras, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes (TLC) was killed in a car crash. - SAMPURN
