Wiz Khalifa arrested for Possession of Marijuana

Rapper Wiz Khalifa has been arrested allegedly for the possession of marijuana. The rapper, who once proudly announced that he spend $10,000 a month on cannabis hardly ever imagined that he would be arrested for the same thing.

The 22-year-old rapper was arrested in North Carolina earlier today (Nov 9), hip-hop websites in America reported.

Meanwhile, a fan of the rapper has uploaded a video in YouTube that shows people protesting against the arrest of the rapper.

Wiz Khalifa is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has released many mixtapes and two albums since 2006. Once he put his name to a branded form of cigarette papers and released a song called Weed Roller.

Although no confirmation on arrest has been made from the rapper’s camp, he himself twitted today: “Smoke outs in greenville nc tonite. fall thru wit ur finest plant life.”
