Shraddha Kapoor, Daughter of Shakti Kapoor, Joins Bollywood

Lets get introduced to Shraddha Kapoor - another star kid to step into Bollywood. Shraddha is the daughter of Bollywood’s popular comedian cum villain actor Shakti Kapoor.

Shraddha, 22 year, was first spotted by director Leena Yadav for her film “Teen Patti”. She was searching for Shraddha on Facebook, after being suggested by her assistant casting director. Shraddha’s brother Siddhanth also helped Shraddha get selected for the film.

“Teen Patti”, set to be released on 26th Feb, will be Shraddha’s debut film. In this film she will share screen with Amitabh Bachchan, Sir Ben Kingsley, Madhavan and Saira Mohan.

Before taking film as her career, Shraddha has completed her study in Boston. When asked about her debut film, Shraddha says that it was her childhood desire to be an actress and she feels extremely honored and delighted to be a co-star of Mr. Amitabh Bachchan.

Apart from being Shakti Kapoor’s daughter, Shraddha has another connection to Bollywood - she is the niece of actor Padmini Kolhapure. Without doing any professional course on acting, Shraddha seems confident about her success in B-town, afterall she belongs to Bollywood celebrity family friends!
