GOA, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Freida Pinto was seen walking the red carpet at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI). Though the ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ star looked stunning on the red carpet while attending the Indian premiere of her latest film ‘You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger’, not many from the media or the rest of the crowd seemed to have recognized her.

Freida Pinto’s movie ‘You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger’, however managed to make the theater full and critics all over have praised the Woody Allen film. The film also has Hollywood stalwarts like Anthony Hopkins. Freida Pinto spoke about the IFFI in Goa and said that it was an honor to walk the red carpet there as the event is known to host small films which she feels are very important. She also spoke about her film and said she learned that the grass is always greener on the other side. She added that it was also an honor to work with Woody Allen. In the film Freida Pinto plays a musicologist who Josh Brolin’s character falls for after seeing through the window.

Freida Pinto also spoke about her relationship with Dev Patel and said that though they are still together it is sometime difficult for them as they are based in two different cities. She explained that she was based in Los Angeles, whereas the ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ co-star and boyfriend was in London and thus it was a challenge to meet. She, however, added that they both support and respect each others careers.
