LONDON - Jake Gyllenhaal has revealed that he tried to ‘protect’ Anne Hathaway while they filmed a raunchy sex scene in their new flick together.

Gyllenhaal, who attended the New York premiere of ‘Love and Other Drugs’ with Hathaway, revealed about ‘fake cinematic sex’.

“It’s a naturally awkward thing to be having fake cinematic sex with anybody, so I feel like with an actress when you’re on a set and dealing with what is usually a majority of men on a movie set, I always feel like it’s my responsibility to kind of protect and make sure that she feels comfortable because they tend to be more objectified,” The Sun quoted him as saying.

“So I’d tease her and was always like, ‘Where do you want me to go? What do you want me to do? Anne was always like, ‘You do your thing and I’ll do my thing. I’m fine on my own!’” Gyllenhaal added. (ANI)
