LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- The “Friends” star Courteney Cox and her husband David Arquette announced on Monday that they are going for a trial separation to understand their relationship and their responsibilities better. The couple, who has been married for 11 years also announced in their statement that they will still be “best friends” and will be responsible parents of their daughter. David Arquette appeared in “The Howard Stern Radio Show” yesterday and in his interview he said that the couple has not yet thought about divorce and they have just taken some time for themselves to understand themselves better and their relationship better.

Courteney Cox has not commented anything about the whole matter yet. However, David Arquette told in the radio show that Courteney Cox is the “greatest” woman he has ever met and he was not the one who brought this topic of trial separation. Moreover he mentioned that the couple would remain best friends and they still love each other. David Arquette recalled n incident and said that on their 11th Anniversary his wife gave him a motorcycle as a gift and said that she will not “mother” him any more!

The media was abuzz with the news that David Arquette slept with other woman which resulted in the split. However, he said that he had always been faithful in his 11 years of marriage though one he slept with a lady for once or “maybe twice”. David Arquette said that both of them spend time with their daughter Coco Riley Arquette. He also said that he and Courteney Cox sat down with their daughter to explain everything before it went public.
