Johnny Depp visits Schoolchildren in Greenwich

GREENWICH (GaeaTimes.com) — It was a real surprise for the schoolchildren in Greenwich when they saw Johnny Depp at their place. The Hollywood hunk appeared there in disguise of Captain Jack from Pirates of the Caribbean.
The famed actor’s visit was in response to a letter wrote by one of the pupils Beatrice Delap to him. The letter seeks help from the actor in forming a revolt against her teachers at Meridian Primary School in Greenwich, south-east London.
The youngster wrote “We are a bunch of budding young pirates and we’re having trouble mutinying against the teachers! We’d love it if you could come and help!”
Depp, adorned as Captain Sparrow spent 15 minutes with the children performing pirate songs and dancing in front of the kids with other cast members of the film Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.
During the visit Depp, 47, called Beatrice and gave the kid a hug.
The youngsters were very much excited having Depp among them. They sang their own pirate song to greet their Captain Jack.
Later, Beatrice told reporters:
He pulled the letter out of his pocket and said he was going to frame it.
