LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- It seems that the “Jackass” star is ready to settle down in his life. The actor married his girlfriend of two years, Naomi Nelson in a private ceremony on last Friday. However, neither the actor nor his representative has issued any statement to the media. The media sources reported that Johnny Knoxville and Naomi Nelson exchanged vows in an undisclosed location, away from media and shutterbugs.

Johnny Knoxville was previously married to Melanie Lynn Clapp. However, they later separated in July 2006 and Johnny Knoxville filed for divorce on July 3, 2007. The couple has a teenage daughter Madison. The “Daltry Calhoun” actor then stated seeing Naomi Nelson in 2008 and in 2009 he announced to the media that he and his girlfriend were expecting a baby. Naomi Nelson gave birth to a son on December last year. The media sources reported that the couple got engaged early this week when the actor proposed with a 2.5 carat engagement ring from Los Angeles’ Platt Boutique Jewelry. The owner of the shop told a reputed media source that Naomi Nelson was “drawn” to the ring as it was “feminine, delicate and detailed”.

Johnny Knoxville previously told in one of his interviews to a media outlet that he is “lucky” enough to be with Naomi Nelson and the couple is happy with each other. He also added that after Naomi Nelson came to his life he has stopped partying “constantly”. The aficionados of the “Jackass” star are waiting for him to confirm the news of their nuptial to the media. Meanwhile, Johnny Knoxville is also creating buzz for his upcoming movie “Jackass 3-D” which will be released on October 15.
