Alexis Bledel Bags A Killer Role

September 24, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Alexis Bledel has made a serious changeover and has discarded her cute Gilmore Girls and Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants image in order to co-star in Violet and Daisy.

Violet and Daisy is a story about a couple of teenage girls who have a particular affinity towards contract killing. Alexis Bledel, who is 29 right now, would be playing the character of a teenager, which should be interesting to say the least.

The story is about the teen girl duo who go out to find an easy target; however things aren’t as easy as they seem and soon their target complicates things. The plot starts to thicken soon and this is where the flick gets interesting.

Bledel is one part of the assassination duo, while the sixteen year old Saoirse Ronan plays the other part of the team. Bledel and Saoirse Ronan start assassinating men from in and around New York City.

She is seen in a brand new avatar, where she slices and dices rather than just flashing her pretty blue eyes. She is the recipient of the Teen Choice Award for Choice TV Actress Comedy for Gilmore Gilrs twice in a row, in 2005 and then again in 2006.
