Glenn Shadix Passes Away

BIRMINGHAM (GaeaTimes.com)- Much acclaimed actor Glenn Shadix passes away in his home at Birmingham in the state of Alabama on Tuesday morning. The news of the sudden demise of the actor has sent shock waves in the film fraternity as well as among his large number of fans who are still trying to grapple with the fact that the noted actor is no more. Glenn Shadix was 58 years old at the time of his unfortunate demise.

The news of Glenn Shadix’s demise has been validated by his personal manager Julian Green although the cause of his death has not been revealed as yet. However, Susan Gagne who is the sister of the famed actor divulged to a media outlet that apparently it seemed that Glenn Shadix had fallen in the kitchen and had badly hurt his head which eventually led to his death. The 58-year-old actor had been confined to a wheelchair for quite some time now as he was suffering from mobility problems. In the meanwhile, a statement that was released in the official website of the actor read that a memorial service would be held on Saturday in his native city of Birmingham where he had been living for the past few years.

American actor Glenn Shadix is best remembered for his true to life portrayal of the character of the interior designer Otho in the highly acclaimed horror/comedy flick “Beetlejuice.” At the same time, the celebrated actor is also known for his impressive works in the world of television which includes the HBO drama “Carnivale,” the NBC television comedy “Seinfeld,” to name a few.
