LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- Fantasia Barrino made her first public appearance after her drug overdose incident on “Good Morning America” early this week. The R&B soul singer took an overdose of aspirin and sleep aid owing to her alleged sex-tape scandal early this month. The singer on “Good Morning America” spoke about her personal struggles and also her upcoming album “Back To Me”.

Fantasia Barrino was accused of having an affair with a married man Antwuan Cook. Paula Cook, the wife of Antwuan Cook also accused her of recording their sexual encounters and she said that she has the possession of Fantasia Barrino sex tapes. The “Bittersweet” singer was very open and candid when answering all these personal questions on the show. The singer while answering the questions on “Good Morning America” told the host of the show Robin Roberts that she was “overloaded” with everything and her suicide attempt was a cumulative result of six years of frustration towards everything that happened in her life and career. The singer added that it became heavy for her to a point that she wanted to “run away” from the “noise”.

Fantasia Barrino was emotional when she spoke about the conquests and failures of her life. The “When I See You” singer mentioned that she was tired of the inquisitive eyes of the media and “overwhelmed” by everything. On “Good Morning America” the American Idol winner said that the common mass only sees “glitz and glamor” outside but fails to consider the celebrities as normal human being as they think the life of a celebrity is always “perfect”. The singer also gave an exhilarating performance of her single “Bittersweet”.
