Jimena Navarrete Crowned Miss Universe 2010

Las Vegas (GaeaTimes.com) - Proving the anticipations wrong, Miss Mexico has been crowned the Miss Universe 2010. The 22-year-old Mexican beauty flaunted a flowing red gown while winning the pageant after she told the importance of family values to be taught to kids.
On the eve of the show, the ratings showed by the official Miss Universe website made hints regarding the victory of Miss Philippines while Miss Bolivia was anticipated the first runner up.

Apart from the fact that the newly crowned lady has a perfect face and an immaculate physical structure, she has brains too. The question and answer round decided her fate.
The jury member, Olympic gold medal figure skater, Evan Lysacek asked Navarette regarding her feelings about unguided internet use. She answered that she believes internet to be an indispensable necessity but kids must be taught the value of family which she had learned during her childhood. She took the help of an interpreter to answer the question.
She quickly took over the role of her nation’s ambassador after she won the title. According to her,
I want to whole world to know about my country and my people.
She was really confident when she wore a purple bikini and strutted in the flowing red one-strapped gown. Finally her charms and brains helped her to beat the beauties from 82 nations to take away the crown.
